Our goal is to take the worry out of an emotional time knowing that we will take care of the estate contents in a timely manner. Our clients are our top priority.

Estate Sales

Set up and staging of items in residence.
Value and price contents.
Conduct a public sale.
Remove and/or donate the remaining items.
Leaving the property swept, vacuumed, and counters wiped down.
Client is paid agreed percentage of sale proceeds.


Estate Buyouts

Removal of contents of estate.
Disposal of garbage.
Leaving the property swept, vacuumed, and counters wiped down.
Client is paid agreed price for contents of estate.

Sign a contract

After our initial communication, we will will schedule to meet you in person. At this meeting, we will go over everything with you leaving no question unanswered. After you sign the contract, we take care of everything else.


We run the sale for you!

We take pride in running a great sale for our clients. We make sure your home is treated well and you get the highest value out of your items. We even clean up at the very end of the sale so your home is ready for market.
